PriceVue is an AI-powered pricing assistant that analyzes product images to provide retail and resale pricing estimates. Our service includes:

• Image analysis and item identification
• Market pricing estimates from eBay marketplace data
• Category classification and condition assessment
• Export tools for online marketplaces
• Batch processing capabilities for business users

3. User Accounts and Registration

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security of your password
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Free Plan

Limited access to basic pricing features with usage restrictions.

Pro Plan ($29/month)

Enhanced features including unlimited pricing lookups, advanced analytics, and priority support.

Business Plan ($99/month)

Full access to all features including API access, batch processing, and white-label options.

Billing occurs monthly. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are processed according to our refund policy.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise the service
• Use automated systems to access the service beyond permitted API usage
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Upload malicious content or attempt to harm the service

6. Pricing Estimates Disclaimer

Important: Pricing estimates provided by PriceVue are for informational purposes only and should not be considered as:

• Professional appraisals or valuations
• Guaranteed selling prices
• Investment or financial advice
• Substitute for professional assessment

Market conditions, item condition, and other factors may significantly affect actual selling prices. Users should conduct their own research and due diligence.
